QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:​

• Previous Overnight Newborn Care Experience 

• Newborn Care Specific Training​

• Updated Professional Resume

• Minimum of 2 references

• Current Infant CPR Certification

• Current Personal Liability Insurance (CM&F)

• Ability to Pass Background Check

• Reliable Transportation

• Proof of Up-to-date Tdap Immunization

• Non-Smoker

• Eligibility to work in the United States

• Willingness to follow AAP safe sleep recommendations and establish healthy sleep habits from day one

• Willingness to work in a home with cameras or to sign non-disclosure agreement
